Mr Gerard Baltazar, Chairman and CEO of the In2Matrix Groupparticipated in the first panel on Russia – a general economic review of thepast 12 months and the outlook for the year ahead. He spoke about hisexperience of starting a business in Russia and his experiences in the Russianmarket over the last eight years.
