In2Matrix and Towers Watson experts share their professional expertise on reward management trends in Russia, 2015









CCIFR HR-committee:
 ‘Compensation & Benefits, plan for 2016’

On 14 December 2015, In2Matrix and Towers Watson took part in the Franco-Russian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CCI France Russie) HR Committee aimed to provide the insight on  compensation and benefits.
Speakers of the event, Ekaterina Zozulya (Director - Strategic Development, In2Matrix) and Anna Babushkina (Head of Global Data Services for Russia, Towers Watson) shared their professional expertise on reward management trends in Russia, 2015. Key topics such as how employers are adapting their reward programs during turbulent times in economics, employee benefits design practices and recent employee benefits insurance market trends were presented within the report of In2Matrix and Towers Watson experts. After the presentation, the audience addressed their questions to the speakers creating an engaging discussion.










The event was held in the CCIFR office and was attended by senior management and HR professionals of CCIFR member-companies, including PwC, Yves Rocher, L’Occitane Group, Leroy Merlin Russia, Castorama. In2Matrix took part in the RBCC's annual event – Christmas Cocktail 2015

RBCC MOSCOW ANNUAL CHRISTMAS COCKTAIL

 On 8 December 2015, In2Matrix took part in the Russo-British Chamber of Commerce’s (RBCC)  annual event – Christmas Cocktail 2015. The event took place at new Moscow Marriott Hotel Novy  Arbat and provided a platform for all participants to establish useful connections with representatives  of Russian and British businesses.

 Members were welcomed by the Director of the RBCC in Russia, Alan Thompson, followed by  Jonathan Brenton, Minister Counsellor, Prosperity, UK Trade & Investment. Mr. Brenton emphasized  the increased significance to maintain efficient relationships between Russia and the UK, as this is an  important foundation upon which to build future cooperation.

 Over 200 attendees were offered drinks and snacks to the accompaniment of grand piano, followed  by  a raffle with great prizes from sponsors and partners of the event. Guests did not leave the event  empty handed. One of the winners was our team member - Dimitri Vorobeov, Director - International  Network Russia & CIS.
